03 / MEET RENATA
A trained musician.
An experienced teacher.
What matters is how expertise becomes a lesson your child can understand.
Renata began studying piano at age seven. She went on to graduate with honours in 2004 from the College of Music Arts in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, specialising in piano performance. Her professional qualification includes musical instrument teaching, ensemble performance and accompaniment.
With over 10 years of teaching experience in the United States, including teaching from her home studio in Frisco, Texas, she now works with students in Almere. Her approach combines Russian piano-school traditions with a focus on individual learning styles, student abilities and musical interests. Engaging repertoire from classical, jazz, contemporary and popular music is used to keep lessons captivating and support progress.
In lessons, technique, reading and listening are connected through the same piece in a fun and engaging way. The long-term goal is to develop well-educated musicians who can learn music independently and enjoy doing it.
