Your enquiry

When you choose “Send message to Renata”, this website sends your name, supplied email address or phone number, lesson preferences and message to the studio’s hosting server for email delivery to Renata. These details are used to respond to your enquiry. For a child’s lessons, please provide a parent or guardian’s contact details and avoid sensitive personal information.

The website does not store enquiry text in a database. Messages are handled by the hosting mail service and Renata’s email provider and may remain in those mail systems. You can contact Renata about information you have shared.

Cookies and connection information

The form uses a session cookie to protect submission requests. A temporary abuse-prevention record contains a hashed connection identifier and submission count; expired records are removed when the form service processes a subsequent valid submission. No enquiry text is included in that record. The website does not use analytics. The hosting provider may also process IP addresses and connection information in server logs.

External services

Chrome Music Lab connects to Google only after you choose to load Song Maker or follow its external link. Google then receives connection information and its own privacy terms apply. The external student enquiry page is provided through My Music Staff, which has its own data-handling practices.
